Jessica Higgins is a valued member of the Frey Masterson Investment Advisor’s team, having joined in December 2016. Originally from Sarasota, Florida, Jessica relocated to St. Petersburg in 2012 with her husband, Sean Higgins, a fourth-generation resident of the city. Prior to her current role, Jessica served as the manager of the Suncoasters of St. Petersburg, a non-profit organization dedicated to celebrating the city and its traditions through various events. Her tenure with the Suncoasters granted her extensive knowledge and respect for the city’s rich history and traditions, fostering her passion for giving back to the community.
Jessica is heavily involved with her two children’s school and extracurricular activities and is a proud member of the Holy Family Catholic School’s Board. She has served as Home and School Board President from 2019 to 2020 and volunteered for and supported numerous fundraising efforts for the Holy Family School and Parish. Additionally, Jessica has been an active member of the Northeast Little League board, serving on the Executive Committee and as the Opening Day Chairperson, Sponsorships Chairperson, and Vice President of the League.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys cheering on her children in baseball, gymnastics, and equestrian show jumping, as well as spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She is an avid sports fan and supports the Rays, Bucs, and Notre Dame Athletics. Jessica’s strong commitment to her family, community, and profession make her a valuable asset to both Frey Masterson and the St. Petersburg area.
