Brian has been helping individuals and families navigate important financial decisions for more than 20 years. Since entering the financial services industry in 2004, he has built a career that combines technical expertise, thoughtful planning, and a genuine desire to help people achieve what matters most to them.
Early in his career, Brian worked in portfolio construction and investment management, developing customized investment models and strategies. While he enjoyed the analytical side of the business, he found himself increasingly drawn to the personal side of financial planning. After earning his CFP® designation in 2009, Brian continued to build on his investment experience, placing greater emphasis on helping clients make informed decisions across all areas of their financial lives.
Today, Brian combines that planning-focused approach with the advanced tax knowledge gained through his Tax Planning Certified Professional (TPCP®) designation. He enjoys helping clients simplify complex financial challenges and identify opportunities that support their long-term goals in a tax-efficient manner.
A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Business Management and a concentration in Management Information Systems, Brian has always enjoyed problem solving. His background in programming and systems analysis helped to refine his skills in breaking complex issues into manageable solutions, a talent he continues to rely on when helping clients evaluate financial decisions.
Above all, Brian believes successful financial planning begins with understanding people. He takes a relationship-first approach, getting to know clients, their families, and what they hope to accomplish before developing recommendations designed specifically for their needs.
Brian spent much of his childhood moving around the world as the son of a career Army officer. Although those experiences exposed him to different places, people, and perspectives, Florida has always felt like home. He grew up in Seminole and has spent most of his life in the area.
Outside of the office, Brian enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle. Whether he’s on the golf course, playing pickleball, working out, surfing, boating, or fishing, he’s happiest when he’s outdoors with family and friends. He and his wife Julie have two children, a daughter working towards her degree in biology with aspirations of becoming a physician and a son entering his senior year of high school.
Whether helping clients navigate major life transitions, prepare for retirement, manage wealth across generations, or simply gain greater confidence in their financial future, Brian is committed to serving as a trusted resource and long-term partner.
